Pricing questions
Asked and answered.
When am I charged?
You pay securely when you book, which reserves your time with your clinician. Nothing is billed afterward. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are in the Terms of Care you accept at booking.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Telehealth visits for medical care are a qualified medical expense, and we accept HSA and FSA cards directly.
What is not included?
Lab work is billed by the lab and medications by your pharmacy, at their usual cash or insurance prices. We order only what your plan truly needs, and we tell you before we order it.
Can I get money back from my insurance?
If your plan includes out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill, an itemized receipt you submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion.
Why not just take insurance?
Insurance based visits are often squeezed to a few minutes and priced after the fact. A flat fee lets us give you a long, unhurried visit and a price you know before you book. Nothing arrives in the mail later.
